Introduction of Two-Factor Authentication

We are pleased to inform you that ThreeTrader has implemented "Two-Factor Authentication" to enhance security for our clients.

About Two-Factor Authentication:

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring the input of an authentication code generated by an external app in addition to your ID and password during login.

Please follow the steps below to set up Two-Factor Authentication:

1）Log in to your client page and open the account settings.

2）Click “Add" for Two-Factor Authentication App.

3）Install the authentication app on your mobile phone and click “Next”.

4）Use the camera function of your authentication app to scan the QR code, and click “Next” to complete the setup.

5）From the next login, after entering your email address and password, you will see a screen prompting you to enter a one-time password. Open the authentication app, input the displayed one-time password, and complete the login.
