Optimization of ThreeTrader MT4 Live Server 1
To further enhance the performance of MT4 Live Server 1, we will conduct the "Trade History Archiving" process during the weekend of October 5th and 6th.
- What is archiving?
Archiving compresses the details of individual trades into a single summary line. For example, if you have 20 trades in January 2024, instead of displaying the detailed information of each trade, the data will be summarized to show the total profit or loss for all 20 trades combined. This process frees up memory on the server, leading to improved performance.
- Period for trade history archiving
All trades on MT4 Live Server 1 up to June 30, 2024.
- Do I need to do anything?
No special actions are required from your side. The archiving process will occur automatically on the specified dates. If you would like to keep a detailed record of your trade history, please download and save the data from MT4 by October 4th. If you prefer to exclude your MT4 account from the archiving, please contact the support team with your MT4 number.
- What if I need a copy of my trade history in the future?
Your trade history will still be available on your client portal, where you can download reports at any time.
